If you need to return and item, please make sure the following is true:
The item is unopened and unworn (if clothing).
If the item is a DVD, the item must be unopened and in new condition, with an unbroken seal.
Contact us to receive a returned merchandise authorization prior to shipping the item(s) back to us.
Digital Downloads are NOT refundable.
